Automatic Renewals

All new subscriptions are set to renew automatically. If you do not want your membership to auto-renew, you may cancel it at any time. Your subscription will then continue until the end of your existing subscription period. The Travel Professor does not issue pro-rated refunds. Renewals are not subject to our refund policy as they are outside of the initial 30 days of upgrading to Premium membership.

Refunds & Cancellations

All new premium subscriptions are subject to The Travel Professor 30-day money-back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not happy you can cancel your membership within the first 30 days after initial first payment. If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, your subscription will continue until the end of your existing subscription period. Pausing or blocking Travel Professor within Facebook Messenger does not cancel your billing. If you wish to cancel at any time, you must do so within your subscription settings via Messenger or our website or online portal.

Third-party Terms

The ways in which you can use the service may also be controlled by Facebook's rules and policies, which should also be read before subscribing. Those rules and policies will supersede these terms where there are differences between the two. Travel Professor is not liable for business losses. The service is for domestic and private use. If you use the service for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Loss or Damages

Travel Professor is not responsible or liable for events outside our control. If our support for the service is delayed or stopped by an event outside our control for a substantial period then we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Premium members should still be able to receive notifications by email during any time that the Facebook Messenger, Mobile Apps, Whatsapp or SMS service is unavailable.

Acceptable Use Restrictions

You must not:

• Not use the App or Messenger service in any unlawful manner.
• Not use the App or Messenger service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users or staff.
• Not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the service.
• Not collect or harvest any information or data from any Service or our systems, or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any service.
• Agree not to spam, abuse or solicit any users or employees of Travel Professor.
• Agree not to spam, abuse or solicit any users or employees of Travel Professor.

We may end your rights to use Travel Professor at any time if you have broken these terms.

Legal

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. We ask all members to be fair and not abuse these conditions.
